# Soft-delete express checkout payment methods for a merchant and optional country

Idempotent — returns 204 even when no active row exists.

## Parameters

- `X-merchant-id` (string, header, required) — Merchant identifier
- `country` (string, query) — ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code

- `updatedBy` (string) — Identifier of the user or system performing the deletion.
