## Testing and Development

For testing and development, you can use the **Kustom API** in the **playground environment** (sandbox mode). This mode ensures that your live data remains unaffected and that your backend systems and external networks are not impacted.

API credentials are environment-specific. Playground credentials function only in the sandbox environment, while production credentials apply solely to the live environment.
