# Get started with Kustom Checkout for Kodmyran ## Introduction Kodmyran have been running their own online stores since 2002. The knowledge and experience gained go directly into developing their e-commerce solution. Kodmyran continuously tests and refine new features to ensure they are as practical and time‑saving as possible. ## Step by step guide 1. Create your **Kustom Merchant Account** - apply for an agreement with Kustom by filling out the onboarding form at [Kustom.co.](https://portal.kustom.co/onboarding/) 2. Once your application is submitted: - Sign in to **Kustom Portal** with the email used in the application to provide additional information if prompted. - If any further information is needed, we'll contact you via email. 3. Complete verification (KYC). Upload the necessary documents (e.g. ID, registration certificates). **Kustom** will review and approve your application. 4. Get your credentials. Once approved, you’ll receive your **Merchant ID** and **API credentials**. 5. Activate Kustom in **Kodmyran** - Log in to **Kodmyran’s Admin**. - Go to the **Inställningar** tab, then open the **Betalningar** section. - Find the **Kustom Checkout** module. - Tick the box labeled **Aktiv**. - Click **Spara** at the bottom of the page. 6. Configure the **Kustom Checkout** module - Click on the **Kustom Checkout** module name. - Fill in your settings on the next page. - Click **Spara** when done. 7. *(Optional)* Configure **Advanced Settings** If needed (e.g. for A/B testing, specific ERP systems, or customer group–specific checkouts): - Click on **Avancerade inställningar**. - Fill in the additional fields that appear. - Click **Spara** when done. 8.
