# Get started with Kustom Checkout for MyCashflow ## Before you begin Make sure you have: - An active MyCashflow store - Admin access to your store settings ## 1. Activate Kustom Checkout in MyCashflow To activate Kustom Checkout: 1. Log in to your MyCashflow admin. 2. Go to **Settings → Payment methods**. 3. Click **Add payment method**. 4. Select **Kustom Checkout**. 5. Submit the activation request. The request is forwarded to Kustom for processing. Activation typically takes up to **48 hours**, provided that all required information has been submitted. ## 2. Provide additional business information (KYC / UBO) After submitting your activation request, Kustom may request additional verification information. This may include: - Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) details - Company verification information - Bank account details for payouts You will receive instructions by email if additional information is required. You can also monitor your account status in the [Kustom Merchant Portal](https://portal.kustom.co/). Activation will not be completed until all required verification has been approved. ## 3.
