# Get started with Kustom Checkout for Quickbutik Quickbutik lets merchants activate **Kustom Checkout** directly from the store admin. You can either apply for a **new agreement** or connect an **existing Kustom account** using API credentials. ## Before you begin Make sure you have: - An active Quickbutik store - Admin access - Company registration details - Bank account details (for payouts) - API credentials (if you already have a Kustom agreement) ## 1. Activate Kustom Checkout in Quickbutik To begin activation: 1. Log in to your **Quickbutik admin**. 2. Go to **Kassa → Betalsätt**. 3. Locate **Kustom Checkout**. 4. Click **Aktivera direkt**. Activate payment method You will now see two options: - **No, create a new agreement** - **Yes, enter details (existing agreement)** ## 2. If you already have a Kustom agreement Select: - **Yes, enter details** You will be prompted to enter: - **API Username** - **API Password** These credentials are available in the **Kustom Merchant Portal**. Once entered, click **Activate** to connect your store. ## 3. If you need to apply for a new agreement Select: - **No, create a new agreement** You will be asked to provide: - Company name - Organisation number - Business category - Confirmation of Kustom’s terms After submitting this information, you will be redirected to Kustom’s onboarding form to complete the full application. ## 4. Complete KYC and verification During onboarding, Kustom may request additional verification information, such as: - Company registration details - Owner / beneficial owner information - Bank account details Activation is completed once Kustom has reviewed and approved the application. ## Verify that Kustom Checkout is working Once activated: 1. Visit your storefront. 2. Add a product to the cart. 3. Complete checkout using **Kustom Checkout**. 4.
