With 24Nettbutikk, merchants start their Kustom onboarding directly within the platform. This ensures a fast activation and a setup that is fully aligned with the platform’s built-in checkout and payment configuration.
When a store is activated on 24Nettbutikk, you are immediately prompted to register and order Kustom Checkout.
The store is delivered with Kustom Checkout prepared, and you will be guided directly into the registration flow.
You will be presented with the Kustom Checkout registration form, where you are asked to review and complete the required information, including:
- Contact information
- Company details
- Store information
- Owner or primary stakeholder details
The form is pre-structured to ensure all mandatory information needed for Kustom onboarding is collected.

If you cancel or exit the registration form, Kustom Checkout will still be set as the default checkout provider, but it will not be active yet.
You can restart the process at any time by going to:
Settings → Payment
Here, information that Kustom Checkout must be ordered and activated. From this view, you can initiate the Kustom registration again.

As part of the onboarding, you must complete KYC verification in the Kustom Merchant Portal.
This includes uploading required verification documents, such as:
- Identification
- Company registration certificates
Once all required documentation has been submitted, Kustom will review the application.
After approval, Kustom Checkout becomes active in the store’s checkout automatically.
You can then start accepting payments through Kustom, including the payment methods included in the Kustom Checkout solution.
