For Flowvy by Confirma, merchants start their Kustom onboarding directly within their platform instead of through Kustom’s website. This makes activation faster and ensures the setup is aligned with the platform’s built-in payment configuration.
For Flowvy by Confirma merchants, Kustom Checkout is activated in collaboration with the Flowvy by Confirma team. The onboarding and technical setup are handled as part of your project delivery or as a separate activation request for existing customers.
This ensures that the payment setup is fully aligned with your platform configuration and business needs.
Make sure you have:
- An active Flowvy by Confirma platform agreement
- A designated contact person for onboarding
- Company registration details
- Bank account details for payouts
- Access to the Kustom Merchant Portal (for verification)
Activation of Kustom Checkout is not self-service in the admin.
New Flowvy by Confirma customers:
- Kustom onboarding is handled during your project implementation.
Existing Flowvy by Confirma customers:
- Contact Flowvy by Confirma support or your project manager to request activation of Kustom Checkout.
Flowvy by Confirma will initiate the onboarding process on your behalf.
Once initiated, Flowvy by Confirma will guide you through the required onboarding steps.
You will be asked to provide:
- Company details
- Business information
- Contact details for responsible persons
This information is required to create and configure your Kustom account.
As part of onboarding, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification in the Kustom Merchant Portal.
This typically includes:
- Proof of identity
- Company registration documents
- Any additional compliance documentation required
Kustom will review your application once all required information has been submitted.
Activation is dependent on Kustom approval.
Once Kustom has approved the application:
- Flowvy by Confirma completes the technical configuration
- Payment methods are activated in your platform
- Your checkout is ready to accept payments
You will be notified when activation is complete.
After activation, it is recommended to:
- Place a test order in your storefront
- Confirm the payment is successful
- Verify that the order appears correctly in your Flowvy by Confirma admin
After activation:
- Payments are processed through Kustom Checkout
- Refunds and transaction management are handled in the Kustom Merchant Portal
- Payouts are transferred to your registered bank account
