Get started with Kustom Checkout for MyCashflow

Before you begin

Make sure you have:

  • An active MyCashflow store
  • Admin access to your store settings

1. Activate Kustom Checkout in MyCashflow

To activate Kustom Checkout:

  1. Log in to your MyCashflow admin.
  2. Go to Settings → Payment methods.
  3. Click Add payment method.
  4. Select Kustom Checkout.
  5. Submit the activation request.

The request is forwarded to Kustom for processing. Activation typically takes up to 48 hours, provided that all required information has been submitted.

2. Provide additional business information (KYC / UBO)

After submitting your activation request, Kustom may request additional verification information.

This may include:

  • Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) details
  • Company verification information
  • Bank account details for payouts

You will receive instructions by email if additional information is required.

You can also monitor your account status in the Kustom Merchant Portal.

Activation will not be completed until all required verification has been approved.

3. Verify that Kustom Checkout is active

Once Kustom has approved your application:

  • Kustom Checkout becomes available in your payment methods
  • You can enable it in your store

Before going live, it is recommended to place a test order to verify that:

  • The checkout loads correctly
  • The payment is processed successfully
  • The order appears in your MyCashflow admin

Automated Payment Processing

After activation:

  • Payments are processed through Kustom Checkout
  • Refunds and transaction management are handled via the Kustom Merchant Portal
  • Payouts are transferred to your registered bank account
