Get started with Kustom and Spiris by following the steps below to create your merchant account, complete verification, and activate Kustom on your platform.

Apply for an agreement with Kustom by filling out the onboarding form at kustom.co via the Get started option located at the top right corner.
Sign in to the Kustom Portal using the email address provided in your application to submit any additional information if requested.
If further information is required, our team will contact you via email.
Upload the required verification documents, such as identification and company registration certificates. Kustom will review and approve your application once verification is complete.
In the Kustom Portal, navigate to Integrations → Generate new credentials.
Make sure to securely save your credentials, as you will need them for platform activation.
To activate Kustom Checkout in Spiris, you need to configure Kustom as a payment method in your webshop settings.
- Log in to your Spiris Admin.
- Click on Webshop from the dashboard.

- In the top navigation, go to Inställningar (Settings).
- Select Betalsätt (Payment Methods).

- Click Skapa nytt betalsätt (Create new payment method).

- Under available payment options, select Kustom Checkout.

- Enter your Kustom API credentials generated in the Kustom Portal.
- Configure any additional settings such as shipping fee and tax settings if needed.
- Save your configuration.

- Make sure the Kustom payment method is set to Active for your store.

Once configured and activated, Kustom Checkout will be available as a payment option in your Spiris webshop.
