Get started with Kustom Checkout for TimeCenter

Introduction

For TimeCenter, merchants start their Kustom onboarding directly within their platform instead of through Kustom’s website. This makes activation faster and ensures the setup is aligned with the platform’s built-in payment configuration.

Step-by-step guide

1. Ensure you have a platform account

To get started, you must first have an account with the platform. In many cases, an active platform subscription is also required before payment methods can be activated.

2. Start onboarding within the platform

Locate the payment or checkout settings in your platform and select Kustom as your payment provider. This will initiate onboarding directly within the platform.

3. Complete the Kustom onboarding flow

You will be guided through the required onboarding steps, including providing company details and any necessary verification information.

4. Complete verification (KYC)

Upload the required verification documents in Kustom Portal (such as identification and company registration certificates). Kustom will review and approve your application once verification is complete.

5. Activation completed via platform

Once approved, Kustom will automatically become available in your platform’s payment settings, allowing you to start accepting payments.
