TimeCenter is the easy way to book beauty and wellness services online, with thousands of businesses in the health and beauty industry. On TimeCenter, everything comes together — from large well-known chains to your local hairdresser and massage therapist.
This guide explains how to enable Kustom Checkout in Timecenter. Once the connection is approved, your customers can pay for their bookings directly online.
Before you start, make sure you have:
- An active Timecenter account
- The right permissions to change payment settings in Timecenter
- Your company registration number (Swedish organisationsnummer)
- Bank account details for payouts
- VAT information for the services you sell
- Log in to your Timecenter account.
- Go to Inställningar > Ta betalt (Settings > Get paid).
You will now see the payment configuration page.
On the payment settings page, click Ansök om Klarna (Apply for Klarna).
Timecenter will start the onboarding flow with Kustom.
- Tick the calendars you want to connect to Kustom.
- For each selected calendar:
- Choose whether the customer must pay online or not (mandatory vs. optional payment).
- Set the applicable VAT rate (moms).
- Click Nästa (Next) to continue.
Each connected calendar will use the VAT you define here for its bookings.
- Enter the organisation number (organisationsnummer) for the business linked to this calendar.
- Make sure the number is valid and matches your official company records.
- Click Hämta uppgifter (Fetch details).
- Timecenter/Kustom will automatically retrieve your basic company information.
- Verify the pre-filled fields and complete the remaining form fields as required.
- When everything looks correct, click Ansök (Submit application).
Your application is now sent to Kustom for review.
After submitting the initial application:
- You will be prompted to enter your bank account details for settlements.
- Click Fortsätt (Continue).
- Kustom’s KYC form (Know Your Customer) will now open.
- Fill in all required KYC information:
- Legal company details
- Ownership and contact information
- Any additional information requested by Kustom
- Submit the KYC form when complete.
After you have completed all steps:
- Kustom will review your application and KYC information.
- To check your status, go back to Inställningar > Ta betalt in Timecenter.
When everything is approved and active, you will see green check marks next to the payment setup. At that point, Kustom is live for the selected calendars, and customers can start paying online.
